Goods

All goods on our website are described as accurately as possible. Occasionally, there may be inaccuracies or typographical errors. www.blotterverse.com reserves the right to correct, amend or improve any information on this site. We also reserve the right to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any goods or range of goods. In the rare event that a product you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable for some other reason, we will contact you and suggest an alternative product or a refund. If you wish, you may opt to wait until the product becomes available and we will dispatch it as soon as possible. Buyers understand that seller’s paper products are made from high quality raw materials, but they are not edible. The seller does NOT supply instructions of proper use of any product provided, so please do not ask us any questions regarding the many different uses for the products offered on this site. Buyers agree to take full responsibility and liability for any purchases made from seller.
Our Cake Wafer products are 100% food-grade and safe for consumption. They are produced and packaged in a HACCP-certified confectionery facility, in full compliance with all applicable EU food safety regulations.

Ordering

You can order any of our products with placing an online order on www.blotterverse.com. If buyer provides a billing address that does not match the billing address on the buyers bank account seller will not honor them and the order will be voided. Also, orders CANNOT be placed by third parties; if the name on the bank account does NOT match the name of the person placing the order, the order will allso be voided.

Postage

Unless otherwise stated, all purchases are considered final and cannot be exchanged, refunded or transferred. www.blotterverse.com may cancel any order and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time without notice. Every order is treated as individual and will be processed as such. www.blotterverse.com is not able to control, or take responsibility for the actions of Customs and Excise.

Prices

All prices on www.blotterverse.com are quoted in EUR and are final. All prices contain 27% VAT. www.blotterverse.com reserves the right to change any prices displayed on the site without prior notice. Any pricing errors will result in you order being suspended until which time we can contact you via the methods provided. In the instance that we cannot contact you, we will render the order cancelled and all payment refunded as per terms and conditions.

Payment

We currently accept payments via credit/debit card and bank transfer. Customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries where applicable. For more details on this please contact your local customs authority. All orders must be paid for in full before any goods will be shipped. All products are subject to availability and remain the property of www.blotterverse.com until paid for in full.

Shipping methods

We send our products with the GLS and National Postal Service.

Deliveries

Deliveries will only be made once payment has been received. Delivery times are listed in the Shipping section of our website.

Returns and Refunds

If the product is not custom-made, the customer is entitled to exercise their 14-day right of withdrawal. In this case, the item must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.

If the product is custom-made, meaning it was produced specifically based on the customer’s request (for example, custom-printed or personalized items), the right of withdrawal does not apply, as the product cannot be resold to another customer.

Indemnity

Custom-Made Blotter Products

For custom-made blotter products, such as Photo Blotter or Logo Blotter, the customer is solely responsible for ensuring that any images uploaded for production do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or personality rights.

Blotterverse makes reasonable efforts to verify that uploaded images are not unlawful or infringing. However, if a customer submits images that violate any rights or laws, the full legal and criminal liability rests exclusively with the customer.

Blotterverse reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without justification, to refuse the production of any product based on images suspected to be infringing or unlawful. In cases of severely unlawful or infringing content, Blotterverse will immediately notify the competent authorities.
